1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases of custom fursuits and ready-to-ship items on nyafursuits.com.
 
2. Ordering & Custom Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to use the character design you provide. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
 
3. Pricing & Payment
Quotes do not include shipping; shipping costs are invoiced separately upon completion. We accept all payment methods supported by PayPal, including credit cards. Installment plan: a 50% down payment is required to start production, and the remaining balance must be paid within 2 months after completion.
 
4. Production & Delivery
Once confirmed, your order enters the production queue. We provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates for your approval. The suit ships after the balance and shipping costs are paid. Significant design changes (deviating from the confirmed design) may incur additional charges and will be confirmed with you first.
 
5. Age & Content
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order; customers aged 16–17 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for communication and payment. We do not accept designs containing sexualized minors or content that violates local laws.
 
6. Intellectual Property
Custom design rights belong jointly to the studio and the customer. The studio retains the right to display finished suits for promotional purposes (default permission). Designs may not be used commercially without written authorization. In the event of a refund, all rights to the design revert to the studio, which may adjust and resell the item.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, policy changes, etc.). Risks during transit are governed by our Shipping Policy.
 
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the update.
