Custom Orders — Non-Cancellable
All Nyafursuits suits are made to order, exclusively for you. Once your order is confirmed, production begins: materials are purchased and your slot in the making queue is reserved. Therefore, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
 
Shipping & Payment
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Nyafursuits is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. Any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
 
Option 1 — Economic Line (Standard)
 
- More affordable price
- Delivery: 12–14 business days
- Tracking number is included, but updates may be limited or delayed at some transit stages.
- Compensation for loss or damage on this line is limited. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if anything is wrong.
 
Option 2 — Express Line (Priority)
 
- Higher price
- Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Full end-to-end tracking. Recommended for urgent or high-value orders.
 
Unpaid Shipping
If shipping is unpaid or shipping details are not provided within 30 days, an additional storage fee may apply.
 
What happens to overdue orders?
If there is no payment or communication for over 1 month, the order will be paused until you contact us; if the delay lasts over 2 months, the order may be cancelled and any deposit paid may be forfeited, as production slots and materials cannot be held indefinitely.
 
Additional Terms
Re-shipping caused by buyer error (wrong address, unclaimed package) is at the buyer's cost. Complimentary gifts are sent at random and are not subject to compensation.
